History of De Paul School

History

Having discerned the educational need and demand of Madhavgarh, adjoining villages, Satna, Utaily, Kripalpur, Sajjanpur, Rampur Baghelan, Ramvan and others, San Thome Vincentian Society Padra Rewa, a charitable society inspired by the Patron St Vincent de Paul made up its mind to open a full fledged quality educational institution on the land owned by the Society at Madhavgarh.

Thus De Paul Kindergarten was born at Madhavgarh in 2006. The school opened with Nursery and LKG classes. The temporary building housed all necessary facilities for KG system. Well defined curriculum for a joyful play way learning, decorated classrooms, office, play equipments, sufficient toilets and wash area and spacious courtyard were some of the features of our KG.

Rev Sr Roseline SABS was the first headmistress while Fr Abraham was the pioneering manager of the school. The focus has always been catering all round development with special emphasis on linguistic, social and cultural skills.

Much rapidly numbers grew, classrooms and other facilities have been enhanced. Upto Class I, the school went on in the same premises. Meanwhile a much well organised school building with all facilities was built for a smooth transition. In 2009 the Kindergarten moved to the new school building.

The school has all the facilities including well designed Labs, Library, Drinking water system, Toilets and wash rooms, playgrounds, assembly ground, and interactive smart classrooms.
